In EDUC767, I worked with a technology firm that was having helpdesk efficiency issues. In conjunction with a Subject Matter Expert (SME), I developed a Reusable Learning Object (RLO) fulfilling one of the training requirements. The early stages of the process included creating a Course Design Document outlining the objectives and structure of the RLO.
