Screencastify Storyboard
I was approached to create a Screencastify training when my school started remote learning in March of 2020. I first created a storyboard for the training.

Once the storyboard was complete, I started creating the training. The users were both adults and students. All people who had access to the training had at least two years previous exposure to either laptops or Chromebooks as well as the Google Suite. Students did use Screencastify while we were face-to-face but many questions arose once students were working from home, so the training was deemed necessary. In the version I used for students and faculty, I included my contact information for follow-up questions.
